The fondest memories are of playing with the trains in the loft of the bungalow and eating brandy snaps in the kitchen.  Also the many times pushing the volume pedal on the organ down slightly than was sensible in order to achieve maximum loudness, and the card tricks he would show me and when asked how he did it he would say he was a member of the magic circle which amazed me as a young child.

I will never forget sitting on Grandad's lap and steering his car round and round a railway yard he used to look after, often to the sound of bagpipes playing when the saints go marching in on one of Grandad's tapes.

Last but not least the amazing feat of travelling from Hilperton to Bristol by bus to visit me whilst in Hospital.  ( In his 80s) - INCREDIBLE.
